Couldn't think of a creative title for the post, but that doesn't make these any less amazing. Samosas are deep fried triangles of dough wrapped around a filling. Now this filling can be just about anything though. Beef, potatoes, chicken, chickpeas, feta cheese, sour cream, literally just about anything has been stuffed into these wonderful triangular snacks. The crustsof samosas can be baked a million different ways, from crumbly, to soft, to crunchy. I could keep going with this all day, but unfortunately my blog posts can only be so long. The history of the dish is a long one, and to be quite honest I'm not even completely sure where Samosas originated from. I think they started mainly in the regions of Central Asia and North-East Africa. They've now spread to a great many countries around the world today however. The kenyan samosa I'm thinking of are usually filled with beef far as I can tell, however I've known my dad to make them with potatoes and other ingredients. If you'd like to try it out yourself, here's a recipe link I found: https://tasty.co/recipe/kenyan-beef-samosas
